I just wanted to let you know, that today for lunch I ate a fresh salad that I grew on my porch! I've never had anything tastier! Store-bought spinach and spring-greens simply cannot compare. Yay! My rubber-maid boxes of dirt are working after all!
Congrats! We just got our plants in the ground (finally!) a few days ago since it has been SO WET here. . .I can't wait to taste the "first fruits" of my garden. It's exciting to hear about how well yours has done! Very encouraging and inspirational to me!
